Last newsletter, I mentioned my new project. What I didn't foresee at the time was how the new project would become an obsession. Since last we spoke, I have sewn up 15 more book blocks. All with the beautiful Fire Glow fabric line.

I have a grand plan, it requires a grand amount of books, and I can't wait to show you more. A lil more sewing, a lil more planning, and then I can share what I'm doing with all these book blocks!

Now I mentioned that the pattern is being tested... I can't just leave it at that. Because the pattern testers have outdone themselves with their versions of this pattern. So here's a little look at just a couple of the test blocks (with more to share soon!)

My friend Sam of Hunters Design Studio and her quilting group have been making an absolute plethora of Tiny TVs and I have to share their progress photo. I mean, look at this! How amazing right?

Every two years Sam and her quilting group make a quilt and raffle it off in exchange for donations of undies. The undies then get donated to Raphael House of Portland, a local shelter for women and children. This year they're using the Tiny TV pattern to create their raffle quilt! I'll be sure to share the details when this amazing quilt raffle is open.

It was such a wonderful retreat, and we loved having extra tours and sightseeing mixed in to our sewing time. In fact, Ange (from GnomeAngel) and I enjoyed it so much, we're planning to do it again next year!
